Part 4: Your Move

You Can Build It

1 min read · 353 words · Chapter 15 of 17

You have three paths forward. All of them are real. None of them require a degree or a trust fund.

Path 1: Build it yourself.

The tools exist: Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Replit. Pick the one that fits how you think and start talking to it, show it what you see, and build the smallest possible version of your idea, not the whole vision but just one piece that does one thing well enough to prove the concept works.

An AI headshot tool built in 30 hours that made $100,000 in two weeks. A photo product making $138,000 a month from one developer writing PHP. A booking platform for a pest control company. Whatever your problem is, the first version can exist by next week.

You'll make mistakes. The code won't be perfect. That's fine. Build 1.0 to learn what to build in 2.0. The gaps aren't bugs. They're curriculum. Run fast, then run smart. That's the right sequence.

Path 2: Have it built for you.

Not everyone wants to build. Some people want to run their business, not learn a new tool. That's fair.

The cost of custom software has fallen off a cliff, and what used to take $200,000 and six months now takes a fraction of that because companies like ours build operational systems for businesses, the software that actually does the work, not another dashboard that tells you what you already know.

You tell us what's broken. We build the fix. You own the code. Forever. If you ever want to take it in-house, bring on your own developer, or sell the company, the software is yours.

No monthly fee that grows every year. No vendor that disappears. No data held hostage.

Path 3: Start with the book.

Share this book. Give it to someone who runs a business on six tools that don't talk to each other. Give it to the person who keeps saying "I wish there was an app that..." Give it to the friend who doesn't know this door is open.

The game changed. The more people who know, the better it gets for everyone.
