I grew up in Colombia in a family that taught me work ethic before it taught me English. We came to New Jersey with two suitcases and the assumption that effort was the only currency we controlled.
For ten years I worked inside other people's businesses — sales floors, marketing agencies, ops rooms. The pattern was always the same: smart owners stuck doing $20 tasks. Brilliant ideas dying in inbox triage. Companies paying agencies for slide decks instead of systems.
When generative AI arrived, the gap got obvious. The companies pursuing AI weren't the ones deploying it. The consultants charging $20K weren't shipping anything you could click. The tooling was there. The wiring was missing.
ArchiHQ is my answer. A Personal OS for individuals who want a friend that knows them. An async build studio for owners who need working systems, not strategy. One person — me — multiplied by the AI I've built into my own workflow.
That's the whole pitch: the human is not the bottleneck. The human is the source.
