"I knew he was a marketing genius because I knew the nightclubs he promoted for that he had packed every night for years. This is just a different product."
"We started spending $100 a day. Then it went up to $200 a day. Then it went up to $500 a day. And at $500 a day, we were doing $150,000 to $200,000 a month in sales."

The Problem
COVID hit. Noel had to fire more than half his team. You can't have people's social security numbers, IDs, and files stacked up in your house. He kept who he could trust, set them up remote, and suddenly needed something he'd never done before: digital advertising.
Zero marketing experience. No agency. No playbook. But he had a guy who had been marketing nightclubs in New Jersey — four clubs packed every night for years. Noel knew results when he saw them. "I knew he was a marketing genius because I knew the nightclubs he promoted for that he had packed every night for years. This is just a different product." He listened.
The Strategy
Principle 1
Most ads have one hook. This one has two firing at the same time. The visual hook: a headline ON the video — big, thick, white, centered. Your brain is trained by a decade of meme scrolling to read top text before anything else. Every other ad buried the words in the caption where nobody reads. Alex put it where the brain already looks. The audio hook: the first words in the video grab you before you can scroll past. Two hooks — eyes and ears — hitting at the same instant. The brain can't skip both. Alex learned to read the same way you did — phone in hand. In 2018, he looked at that pattern and realized: nobody is using this in ads.
Principle 2
Tai Lopez taught Alex the authority bias: when you take a picture with someone famous, people see you differently. Alex understood immediately. He took Noel to meet Gary Vaynerchuk. Gary reposted Noel. Now they had video footage — Noel with Gary Vee, the handshake, the repost, all on camera. Alex clipped that footage, under-laid the meme-format headline, and put it in the ad. Authority bias fires automatically: the brain sees someone it already trusts standing next to someone it doesn't know yet, and transfers the trust. The viewer doesn't think about it. It just happens. Five seconds of borrowed credibility that no amount of copy can replicate.
Principle 3
Stacked onto the authority footage and the headline: a clean offer designed to answer every objection before the prospect has time to form one. 100% money-back guarantee — removes all risk. Credit repair in 30 to 90 days — sets a clear timeline. Free personalized credit consultation — lowers the barrier to zero. Hablamos Espanol — opens the entire Spanish-speaking market. And the closer: a vacation giveaway. A bonus that has nothing to do with credit but everything to do with desire. The prospect is imagining a vacation while filling out a credit repair form. Every element was compressed into the fewest possible words.
Principle 4
The formula isn't copy. The formula is compression — squeezing the most meaning into the fewest words. Napoleon Hill taught definiteness of purpose. Tai Lopez taught social proof — earn trust by showing results. Jurgen Klaric taught neuromarketing — where the eye goes, how the brain decides in under three seconds. Alex Hormozi taught focus — "Once you have the results, nobody can tell you anything." Gary Vaynerchuk taught volume — show up every day with what you actually believe. Earl Nightingale taught will — "You become what you think about." Dan Pena taught no excuses. All of it, from four thousand hours of audiobooks in the passenger seat of a moving truck, squeezed into the five seconds of scroll somebody was going to give before they moved on. One headline. One authority moment. One offer with a vacation bonus. One button. Three years. Zero changes.

The Actual Ad
Visual Hook
"CREDIT REPAIR — 30 TO 90 DAYS" in big white text ON the video. Noel with Gary Vee footage playing underneath.
Why: Meme format. The brain reads top text before anything else. The Gary Vee footage triggers authority bias instantly. Two hooks — visual and authority — in the first frame.
Audio Hook + Social Proof Case #1
"So here we have Kirk who came to us back on August 10th with a 511 score. What was affecting his credit was an Ally loan, Mercedes-Benz, Lowe's, and several collection accounts. On November 2nd, which is less than 3 months, he is now a 750 with absolutely no negative accounts on his credit and no inquiries."
Why: Straight to proof. No introduction, no brand story, no fluff. Real client name, real dates, real score numbers, real pain points the viewer recognizes. The viewer sees their own situation in Kirk's. 511 → 750 in less than 3 months is undeniable.
Social Proof Case #2
"So here we have Hector who came to us on March 14th with a 488 score. What was affecting his credit are three collections. He is now a 736 score by June 25th with no collections reporting and no inquiries."
Why: One case study could be luck. Two is a pattern. Different client, different starting score, different timeline — same result. The brain goes from 'maybe' to 'this works.'
The Pivot + Vacation Giveaway
"Guys, you saw those results? It gets even better. We have a 5-day vacation trip that we're giving away to most of our clients that call now. Or hit the link below inquiring on how we can fix your credit."
Why: After proving the service works, the bonus drops. The vacation has nothing to do with credit repair — that's the point. It triggers desire outside the service category. The prospect is now imagining a trip while considering credit repair. The word 'now' creates urgency.
Pain Points + Double CTA
"This is how we remove bankruptcies, foreclosures, repossessions, judgments, late payments. Call now. Hit the link below. Someone will get in touch with you and you might be one of our clients that gets the 5-day trip as well. Hit the link below guys."
Why: Lists every pain point the viewer might have — one of them will land. Then the CTA fires twice: call + link. The vacation gets mentioned again as the closer. The last words they hear are about the trip, not the credit repair. Desire over logic.
The Psychology
Double hook = two hooks firing at the same time. Visual: meme-format headline ON the video — your brain reads top text before anything else. Audio: the first words in the video grab before you scroll. Eyes and ears hit at the same instant. Learned from studying Jurgen Klaric's neuromarketing — how the brain decides in under three seconds, where the eye actually goes.
Authority bias = learned from Tai Lopez (The 67 Steps) — social proof means earning trust by showing results. When you take a picture with someone famous, people see you differently. Alex took Noel to meet Gary Vaynerchuk. Gary reposted him. That footage went into the ad. The brain transfers trust automatically. Five seconds of borrowed credibility.
Loss aversion = 100% money-back guarantee removes risk. The brain weighs potential losses 2x heavier than gains. Remove the loss, remove the hesitation.
Bonus stacking = the vacation giveaway has nothing to do with credit repair. That's the point. It triggers desire outside the service category. The prospect is imagining a trip while signing up for credit repair.
Compression = Napoleon Hill on definiteness of purpose. Tai Lopez on social proof. Jurgen Klaric on where the eye goes. Alex Hormozi on results as your credential — "Once you have the results, nobody can tell you anything." Twenty years of audiobooks compressed into a five-second scroll.
Pattern interrupt = learned from Gary Vaynerchuk — show up every day with what you actually believe. Every other credit repair ad looked the same. This one had Gary Vee footage, meme-format headlines on video, and a vacation giveaway. The thumb stops scrolling.
Compound interest = the algorithm rewards engagement. High engagement means more reach means more engagement. One good video ad compounds forever. Three years of proof. As Earl Nightingale taught: you become what you think about. Alex thought about one ad, one formula, one system — and it ran itself.

The Problem
Nightclubs and restaurants live and die on one thing: tonight. Not next week. Not next month. Tonight. If the room is empty at 11 PM, the money is gone. There's no making it up tomorrow.
Most nightlife marketing is the same. A flyer. A post. A DJ name nobody outside the city recognizes. Same look, same energy, same result. The venues that win are the ones that figured out how to put the right message in front of the right person at the right time. That's what we built.
The Hospitality Formula
Strategy 1
Every person has a birthday. Every birthday needs a place to celebrate. Facebook lets you target people in a zip code whose birthday is this month. That's the easiest targeting in advertising. A guaranteed life event, on a date you can predict, with a reason to go out already built in. We targeted birthdays within 3 to 15 miles of the venue. The ad landed in their feed the week before their birthday. The offer was already personal before they read a word.
Strategy 2
Static images get scrolled past. Video stops the thumb. We shot the energy of the venue. The crowd. The DJ. The lights. The bottles. Then we put a headline on the video. Big. Thick. White text on top. Same meme format that works everywhere else. The brain reads top text before anything else. Nobody was doing this for nightlife in 2017. We were.
Strategy 3
You have 3 seconds before someone scrolls past your ad. Three. The first frame has to break the pattern. Not a logo. Not a flyer. Something that makes the thumb stop. A crowd going crazy. A bottle presentation with sparklers. A celebrity in the building. The visual has to hit before the brain decides to move on. Every ad we ran was designed for those 3 seconds first. Everything else came after the stop.
Strategy 4
The game evolved. Now we use AI-generated avatars and creative to test ad angles faster than any design team. Instead of one version of an ad, we test five. Different hooks. Different visuals. Different offers. AI handles the creative. We handle the strategy. The combination moves faster than any agency because there's no design bottleneck. The winning creative gets the budget. The rest get cut.
The Psychology of Nightlife Ads
Birthday targeting = the only guaranteed life event on a predictable date. Everyone has one. Everyone wants to celebrate. The targeting does the selling before the ad even loads.
Video over static = the brain processes video 60,000x faster than text. A 3-second clip of a packed venue triggers FOMO before the viewer can rationalize it away.
Pattern interrupt = the first frame breaks the scroll pattern. Not a logo. Not text. Movement, energy, emotion. The thumb stops. Then the message lands.
Meme-format headlines on video = trained reading pattern. The brain reads top text automatically. Put the offer where the eyes already go.
Proximity targeting = 3 to 15 mile radius. Close enough to drive tonight. Far enough to fill the room. The sweet spot for nightlife.
AI creative testing = 5 versions in the time it takes a designer to make 1. The algorithm picks the winner. The budget follows the data. No ego. No guessing.
The Result
$3.2M+ in ad spend managed across 10+ hospitality clients over a decade. One nightclub client alone: $1.9M managed, still running. Birthday ads. Video creative. Pattern interrupts. The formula worked in 2017 and it works today. The tools changed. The psychology didn't.

Custom AI websites
A tax consulting firm in Colombia needed a bilingual website that could rank in multiple cities. We built a fully custom site from scratch. No WordPress. No templates. The entire site was built with AI and designed so future updates can be made through AI in minutes. New pages, new content, new cities. All without hiring a developer.
A chiropractic practice needed to show up in search results across 10 cities for 3 different services. We built a custom website with 30 unique pages, one for every service and city combination. Each page has its own local content and structured data so search engines treat it as a real local page, not a copy. The whole site is AI-manageable. Adding a new city or service takes minutes, not days.
